We talk in order to identify initial needs – how big is the area, HVAC specification, distribution of work space. We specify which of the two options is more relevant - rent or purchase.
We send a short presentation and information , specification and advantages regarding air purifiers, initial price offer.
We offer a free and non-committal visit to fix the parameters, size of the premises, the required number and model of devices.
We offer two week free trial with a fixed number of devices.
After confirmation of our proposal we agree day and time for installation.

Choosing rental option a contract will be signed with our obligation for service and maintenance described as follows:
- Scheduled monthly visit for maintenance of each device
- Filter replacement on every 8 month or when needed.
- Service is included in the rental price with no additional cost for maintenance.
- We add value as sending you updates about newest technology , products, replacement of old models.
For all our customers we offer preferential prices for the employees if they want to purchase for domestic use.
When choosing purchase option we can offer a maintenance contract with additional fee for scheduled maintenance and filter replacement. A common practice is to purchase equipment, which turns out to be unusable relatively soon, as there is no maintenance or consumable available. With us our customers can be sure about that.
- With rental of air purifiers we can offer unique flexibility , especially for companies where approval for purchase of fixed assets is a slow and difficult process. We are also flexible when you need to relocate, increase or decrease the number of devices in accordance of new needs.
- Monthly maintenance could be a burden and hardly impossible due to the large number of devices . It’s hard to involve employees in that process as they have other priorities.
- Special price conditions according to the volume.
